Navigate Workplace Relationships, Build Powerful Teams and Develop Motivational Leadership Skills
Gregg works with your organization to help everyone gain more Focus, Cooperation, Productivity and Teamwork.
Lets face it. We work more today than ever before. Most of us probably spend more time at work with our colleagues than we spend at home with our family. Improving workplace relationships is beneficial to everyone. It just makes sense.
Whether you are part of the corporate world, a non-profit organization, or a government agency, you must cultivate a winning attitude and develop teamwork within your own environment. Disgruntled employees promote a negative attitude in the workplace and leads to dysfunctional teams. However, with effective leadership, you can empower employees - making them a powerful team - which leads to outstanding customer service and ultimately, improving your bottom line!
See, teamwork and leadership go hand-in-hand. You can have a great leader but if you have a dysfunctional team or team members in the wrong position, the team goes no where. Likewise a team cannot move in a positive direction without effective and skillful leader.
Meet Gregg Gregory, Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), America's Business Navigator™
When he was 10, Gregg Gregory began learning the fundamental lessons about respect, teamwork and leadership onboard his father's 40-foot fishing boat on Chesapeake Bay. At 13, he was docking the boat solo. By 15, he was leading friends and family - teaching them how to become effective team players in order to safely operate the boat in the Bay.
Gregg is now a certified speaking professional (CSP) and serves on the board of directors for the National Speakers Association, Washington D.C. chapter. He's spent over 25 years studying leadership and why teams fail, and Gregg can show you how to become leader or captain in business and life and why motivating employees is important for team cohesiveness.
Gregg is a leadership consultant. He works with organizations to improve three vital dimensions: Service, Attitude, and Teamwork. If your organization is not excelling in all three dimensions, your organization isn't as affective as it can be.
So whether it is keynote speech or a workshop, audiences leave Gregg's programs understanding the importance of positive workplace relationships and becoming better leaders, too.
